BrawlValue ("we", "the Site") is an independent project managed by Francesco Costantino. Your privacy is our priority: we have designed our infrastructure to operate with the absolute minimum of personal data, following the Data Minimization principle (GDPR).

2. What data we collect and why
- Game Data: Your Brawl Stars Player Tag. This is public data provided by the official Supercell Oy APIs. We use it to calculate your Flex Score.
- Geographic Data (Optional): City and School. Voluntarily entered by you to join local leaderboards.
- Authentication Data (Discord OAuth2): If you log in, we collect exclusively your Discord ID, Username, and Avatar.š We DO NOT collect or store your email address or password.
- Moderation Data: Messages sent on the Discord server are analyzed in real-time to ensure community safety.
3. Service Providers (Third Parties)
Your data is processed through the following secure services:
Encrypted database where leaderboards are stored.
Currently used for anonymous traffic statistics. It will be removed soon to ensure a "Cookie-Free" experience.
4. Age Requirements
In compliance with international data protection laws, data processing is permitted for users over 14 years of age. Younger users must use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
5. Your Rights (Right to be Forgotten)
You can request the total deletion of your data (Player Tag and Discord ID) at any time via the "Delete Account" button in your dashboard. Data will be removed from our servers instantly.
