1. Nature of Service and Supercell Disclaimer

BrawlValue is an unofficial analytical and gamification tool created for the community. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Supercell Oy. Brawl Stars and all related logos, images, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Supercell. For more information, please see Supercell's Fan Content Policy.

2. Age Requirements (Age Gate)

Use of the Platform and registration on local leaderboards are permitted only to users who are at least 14 years of age, or who have obtained explicit consent from their parents or legal guardians. By logging in via Discord and interacting with the Site, the user declares under their own responsibility that they meet these requirements. BrawlValue disclaims any liability for false statements provided by users during registration.

3. Accounts, Discord Login, and User Data

To access exclusive features (leaderboards, tournaments, VIP roles), the Platform requires authentication via Discord OAuth2. We collect exclusively the public Discord ID, Username, and Avatar. We do not request or store email addresses or passwords. The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their Discord account. BrawlValue reserves the right to suspend, ban, or remove access to the leaderboards and the associated Discord server for any user who violates community rules (including, but not limited to: racism, bullying, spam, use of cheats or bots).

4. Donations, VIP Roles, and Digital Goods (No Refund Policy)

BrawlValue offers users the opportunity to support the Platform's infrastructure costs through one-time donations (e.g., via Ko-fi). As a token of appreciation, supporters may receive digital "Perks" such as the "@VIP Brawler" role on Discord or aesthetic badges on the Site.

Because these are digital contents delivered immediately upon transaction, and as they are voluntary contributions to the maintenance of the project, all transactions are final and non-refundable. BrawlValue does not sell in-game currency, accounts, or internal advantages for the game Brawl Stars.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BrawlValue does not guarantee that the servers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free (especially during traffic spikes). In no event shall the creators of the Platform be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
